I’ve tried several Pilates studios in Missoula, but the instructors at MOVE are second to none. Alison and Jenny have decades of combined experience and are superb at modifying each workout to ensure you don’t aggravate preexisting injuries but instead gain strength and flexibility and help ease chronic pain. I’m amazed how good I feel and how able I am to tackle demanding activities like backpacking, elk hunting, skiing and mountain biking as well as the daily demands of life such as shoveling snow. Plus they’re just great people. I’ve been impressed by every instructor there, and after a decade of pilates workouts with them, there is no where else I’d go. I cannot recommend MOVE Missoula enough.
